Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We offer free standard delivery on goods purchased to a UK delivery address*. This service on average takes 3-5 days to deliver; except Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands, which may take up to 7 days to deliver. 

Orders must be placed by 2pm for 'Next Day' delivery option. 

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Delivery charges are highlighted throughout the site and the final delivery charge for your order is calculated and displayed clearly on the checkout page.

Some products on our site may incur extra costs. This information is generally available at product level and you will be notified of this when you place your order.

We will make every effort to have your goods delivered in the time we specify, but we cannot guarantee delivery in that time frame or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale by any of the couriers we use. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

If a different delivery address is specified once an attempted delivery has failed an additional charge will be made of £10.00 to reroute the parcel. If this request for payment is declined we may request the return of the parcel to TRME Sports Ltd and refund your money in full, less shipping and handling costs.

We recommend that customers do not give instructions to leave the purchased goods on the premises or surrounding land as this may jeopardise any claim for compensation if your parcel is lost or stolen.

Any orders delivered outside the United Kingdom could be subjected to taxes, customs duties and brokerage charges. These customs duties, possible taxes and any courier brokerage charges are the Customer's responsibility and are to be paid in the recipient's country by the Customer.

While shipments are being cleared for Customs, estimated delivery times are suspended, as processing times are specific to the documentation required in the Customer's country, the response times of the customer and the additional processing time of the documents in the respective country.

RETURNS 

If you no longer want the product you purchased, please contact us via e-mail or complete the form below of your decision to cancel this purchase. An Adviser will assist in your case and once the return has been approved you will receive a RMA. No refunds will be processed without a RMA. Please note the item has to be in new resalable condition, unworn/unopened, undamaged and in original packaging (with tags where applicable). For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used. Due to the nature of racket sports strings are not guaranteed but if you have a problem please let us know and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

If the item is proven faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent (subject to availability).

If you simply purchased the item in error and no longer want the item and can comply with policy(1) we can only refund the total amount you paid minus a 10% handling fee. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance if purchased in error.

We will only refund or replace a product that has safely returned back to us.

Returned product must be in the same condition as they left us. Refunds will not include postage paid by us unless the wrong item was sent in error.

A buyer may not return the following items for remorse if the items have been opened/unsealed: Hygiene items (i.e. socks, insoles, sweatbands etc).

Items that have been subject to customisation and/or upgrades (eg custom restring, regrip or printing services etc) cannot be returned, as the original characteristics of the item have been altered and cannot be accepted as a return, unless there is a manufacturing fault with the original item.
